I love this thread! I revisit periodically to be inspired and get warm fuzzies. Mostly warm fuzzies.
Here's my progress:
Nov 2014 - 270 lbs (appx)
Feb 2016 - 190 lbs
(goal 175 and then reevaluate). I'm even ok (mostly) with the flabby skin on my tummy! It certainly beats the same skin all inflated out.

I'm 10 lbs from my "goal weight" but I still have a lot of work to do. I started lifting about 3 weeks ago with a trainer so hopefully that help me gets the results I want outside of the scale.

I'm not sure what his method was of losing weight, I have lost almost 100bs and have very little extra skin but I am not going to be surprised if I have some when I hit goal weight. From what I am to understand water, protein, exercise amount of time heavy, age and time it took to lose weight all have a part in excess skin. I'm no dr. I can only say what's happening to me so far. I did ask him some questions about how long it took but nothing directly about his excess skin. He hasn't answered yet. I believe that he has done a great job at reclaiming his health so I give him props for that.5 -

From 230 lbs to 190! I lost 50 lbs in seven months my freshman year of college and then just maintained for three years until over the past year I gained back twenty3

The first picture was taken 1-11-15 the after picture was 12-15-15. Down 22 lbs, 16 inches and 15% body fat13 -
