    I always found it odd that people say I lost weight. They didn't lose it. They shook it off. And some say I gave away weight. Yeah, like someone opened his wallet and reached inside. For me I want to disown it! It's free to anyone's home but mine!

    I'm finding that it IS coming off. I'm beginning to feel the difference. I haven't felt that way in a very long time. Free to any home - the rest I want to "lose".
