I noticed I ate a lot of carbs today. But I had alot of fruits and veggies. Are there good carbs? Not sure if I should be too worried about carbs from fruits and veggies.

Unless you are diabetic or suffer from another metabolic disorder, the source of the carbohydrate is irrelevant to body weight and body composition. Of course fruits are more dense in vitamins and minerals than say table sugar, but the body doesn't see a difference between the two.0

Carbs are not "the enemy" really. Really, "the enemy" is eating too much of things bad for you and being too inactive afterwards. If you eat a lot of carbs, that's good IF you are going to be doing a lot of exercise that day, they'll give you quick burning fuel for the workout, you should also take in protein, a slower burning fuel for your body so you can keep pace after working out for a length of time. If you're not going to be working out, lower your overall intake.0
