Help!!

Ok I need help I lost 2Ibs and all of a sudden I gained it back. . which I know it's water because... the measuring tape says I've lost inches. Or have I just gained muscle? Would love someone give me some tips or advice. I know I can do this again cause I've done it before. At least I don't have a long ways to go. 14Ibs to go to my prepregnancy weight. :)
Im trying get back into it like the way i was before i have clothes sittingin my closet that i can't get into i have started doing HIIT workouts i can't afford the gym like i did before. i am a SAHM so please help.

    It really depends on what's going on in your life. Are you lifting weights? You probably gain muscle. Are you near your cycle? You probably retaining water.

    Try not to worry about it. Stay the course and you will see results over the long run.

    2 pounds equals a day to day variation = water weight.

    If you want to lose weight, enter your stats here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided and select "lose 1 pound per week" where it asks you "What is your goal?". Use the food diary, weigh everything, log accurately. Weigh yourself regularly (every morning). It's not easy, but at least it's simple.

    Use a weight trend tracking site, such as TrendWeight or Happy Scale and stop panicking. There's no need to worry. Also, be consistent with how you weigh yourself. Wear the same clothes or nothing at all, do it at the same time every day/week, use the restroom before weighing.
