Hi, I'm Stacie and have just signed up to MFP.
I weigh 16 stone and am 5ft6 think my BMI is 37!!! How horrific!
I've just got back from a brisk walk with my dog and now planning how I can fit exercise into my life
If anyone has any advice to share on how to exercise whilst trying to entertain my young children, it would be most appreciated!

...c'mon now....no calling yourself names...and definitely no sad faces...we all on the journey together...keep ya head up...one foot in front of the other...oh and you if you want to do something that is active and fun with your kids you should get the XBOX Kinect...fun games to play and getting a work out while you're at it...0

I agree! No name calling. Ya gotta be excited for the healthy changes (and the pounds that are lost, even if it's slow going), and brush off that negativity. The xbox is a great idea, and the wii would be fun too.0
