Support Help and Accountablity Needed

Add me please...It would be helpful to have others to hold me accountable. I have been using this off and on, but I have been doing it alone so I have not been consistent. I would be nice to be able to support and receive support on this journey to a better health, mind, soul, body and spirit.

I am 39. I need to lose 100 lbs. I refuse to go into my 40s overweight. Need help on my journey
