Hi y'all!
I've been doing so well after new year - new year resolution bliss. But, 2 weeks ago it all went downhill. I've been working 16h days because work became completely crazy. On top of that I'm working towards my MBA, part time - need I say that there was absolutely no time for anything?
Well, work slowed down this week, and current course is wrapping up - but I just had a cake for dinner!!!!
I really want to be sexy this summer

With that demanding schedule of course you needed a treat and it will take time to recover. I suggest that you try to think of lots of ways of helping yourself to feel better after that rough time. What do you love doing? Seeing movies? Going for a walk in a park? Try to do about 10 things you love, so you love and soothe yourself back into a happier space. That way food is not doing all the restoration work and you can make healthy choices knowing that you are committed to caring for yourself.0

Thank you so much Rosemary for this wonderful suggestion - as soon as I submit my final assignment this weekend, I'll do just that - try to reset, and go back to healthier self !
