was just wondering is there many on here doing mainly protein baaed diets?

    I don't eat MAINLY protein..but I am high protein, yes. Usually 120-160 grams per day.

    my plan is mostly protein and I find if I eat carbs the weight just flys on again!

    I'm considered high protein but it's only about 30-35% of my daily intake.

    Weight loss comes down to calories in vs. calories out. When you increased carbs, you increased total calories and either gained fat...or possibly water weight if you stayed in your deficit but had a high carb day.
