Best Macro Ratio

Going on a bulk. Attempting to gain minimal fat. Currently:
Calories:3500
Carbs: 439 (50%)
Protein: 176 (20%)
Fat: 117 (30%)
Any suggestions for a dieting beginner?

Ignore macro percentages. It's outdated. Use grams.

Recognize, that regardless of macro percentage, grams or the type of food your eat, your fat gains will be determined by your surplus size, training and genetics. For most guys, it's roughly 50/50.

What are your stats though? Overall, your macros seem inline with the average person on here. It's about what I would bulk at.

That depends on your stats. Generally, its .8 to 1g per lb of lean body mass for protein and .35 to .6g of fat. Rest is carbs.

Agree yet again. .4 fat per lean pound for fat and .7 protein per pound is the minimum macro requirement to keep body composition.
