Quest to lose 120 before 12/20/16

Hi m new to mfp. Started my healthy eating 1/12/16 weighing in at 291.5. For me it's all about making my own food, counting those calories, not drinking wine. I'm a vegetarian life long. Have yo yo weight through life from 150-291. I am hopping to make it back to a healthy weight by my birthday in December when I turn the big 60. This is day 43 and I'm down 32lb, able to start walking, elliptical a little.
