weight loss

I would like to lose 14 lb by May...who thinks this os possible and some meal ideas thanks!

    That's about 7lbs per month. This seems unlikely to happen unless you are massively overweight. Think of it this way: to lose 1lb you need to eat 3500kcal less. 7lbs in a month is 24500kcal less, or 817kcal per day less. If you only have a bit weight to lose then this deficit is too big for you. If you are very big and heavy then it might work out.

    Why not start slowly and see how far you go? Buy a digital food scale and weigh everything you cook with and everything you eat, and make sure you stay on the calorie goal MFP gives you. Be honest with yourself and weigh everything to the gram, including butter on your bread and sugar in your coffee. It all adds up.
