We all know what it's like sometimes.. Falling off the wagons over and over..

I didn't want to start in January for fear of feeling like it was a New Years resolution so I kept putting it off..
It wasn't until I walked into the grocery store today to do a new shop.. A clean slate after moving house...

Empty fridge.. Empty freezer.. Empty pantry that I realised now... The time is now...
I had no excuse but to buy healthy.. I wasn't giving myself any reason to make any excuses..
If not now.. Then when.


So here I am... 25 years old.. Aussie..
Looking for people to remind me not to quit... To remind me not to give up...
To remind me that I am worth more...
So I can do the same for you!

    You only fail when you quit trying! Good job on starting again! If you give MFP a good try I am sure you will find enough motivation from a support network here to make the best decisions when it comes to your health and fitness.

    Thanks :) I am feeling good this time around like its my idea instead of comments from others motivating me

    Add me as a friend...I'm a GREAT believer in the truth that you have to keep going. Took me 10 years, but I got to where I wanted to me....various life reasons.... But now I'm back at it and KNOW I can meet my new goals. You can too!! Add me if you'd like!
