I have listed the vitamin water as part of my calories for the day, but do I also count them as part of my water intake?

Yes.
MFP advises to count all liquids under water (coffee, tea, juices, milks) as the major content of these beverages is water. They just advise to limit your intake of these as they are also filled with sugars, caffeine...0 -
True, since Vitamin Water has 50 cal per serving and each bottle has 3 servings. My BF drinks them all the time, so I happened to look the other night.0
