5'8. 190 was my highest weight after having my daughter 3 years ago. Down to 160 ish (recovering from a food frenzy vacation weight gain right now lol). I want to get back to 135, the weight I was in college. My body is proportioned super pear shape, so I wear size 12 pants with a belt, lol, they don't make many pants for big thighed girls it seems. Wearing L tops right now, XL for comfort sometimes. Even at 135, I was in size 8 pants. So interesting to see people looking great at so many variations of weight for this height!0

I'm 5'7.5" and about 170. I was 158 a few years ago and it was a pretty good size for me...ideally I'm saying somewhere between 145-155, but it's totally subjective. When I get to 150's again I'll just judge it from there. I don't look bad at the size I am now, so I'm not overly concerned by the actual 'scale' number. Besides that, I lift weights and it makes a big difference in my body comp. I may end up being totally happy at 160 because of it. Who knows...0

I'm currently 238 and aiming for 165. I have a large frame and build muscle really easily and look good at that weight. The lowest I've weighed as an adult is 143 and I was a solid size 8 (UK) then (4 US) and was starting to get 'you look really skinny' comments! Oh and I'm 5'8" pretty much exactly.0

Im currently 174, I've been as low as 130lbs. I would be happy at 155. Would really like to be 130-140, but more toned and faster metabolism than last time. Add me to see pics and profile0

I am 5'8", started at 225, down to 179 and goal is 160 (although I will reassess and adjust according to how I feel & look). I started at size 15/16 and I think I'm around 11/12 currently. It might be fun to go try on some new clothes and see where I am at!0

I'm 5' 8" - currently 158, hoping to get down to the 135-140 range. I'm planning on going by how I look/feel more than a specific weight. I'm currently a size 6 jeans, but look best in a size 4. I have a pretty small frame, so the extra weight shows.0

I was originally 5'9, a couple of strategic spine fractures (horseback falls) have since then edited my height to 5'8. I started my weight loss at 289 (after a long stretch of inactivity due to injury) and my current goal is 180. When I reach it i will reassess, but photos of me at that weight show someone who is fit and not fat, which is what i'm going for. At 180 I will be a size 16/18 on the bottom, and a size 12/14 up top.0

I am also 5'8. I started at 220 lbs, and am at 164 now. My first big goal was 170 and my ultimate goal is 155 since I am about a size 8 when at 155 and happy at that. Right now at 164, I am about a 10 on the bottom, size medium tops.0

I'm deciding. I've been down to 130 - too skinny. Now I'm lifting and want to look strong, not skinny. So, I'm 152 now and know I need to lose around the midsection.
I'm thinking 140 and then continue to burn fat and build muscle, but I may get to 145 and be happy. We will see.0 -

I am. My goal is 140. Though as I get closer it may change. I haven't weighed 140 since high school so it may be unrealistic. Though it is in healthy range for our height.0

I'm 5'8" and have reached my goal at about 145 lbs and a size 4 (though a bit loose). The smallest I've been was 130-135 lbs a few years ago when I would never work out and was definitely more "skinny fat". My clothes actually fit the same if not better now that I do work out, so definitely relative to body fat %, and I actually have some muscle haha.0

1.5 weeks ago I was 163, but I've lost 5 pounds, yay! My comfortable weight is 145. It's my goal to get there again asap. My clothes are too tight & I can only wear the same 4 outfits so many times ugh the struggle0

I am 5'8" and my starting weight was 183lbs the first time, got down to 158.
Fell off the wagon leading up to, and after my wedding. (So much for my 'sweating for the wedding' plan. Oops)
Started again this past January at 179lbs. I weighed in yesterday morning at 174.6lbs.
Goal is anywhere between 140 and 150. I'm not setting a firm "goal weight" because I'm not sure how I'm going to feel when I get there, or how my body is going to look depending on how much muscle I build or what my BF% is.
Current measurements are:
Chest: 37.5"
Waist: 32"
Hip (at my hip bones; I hold weight in my 'muffin top' area so I wanted to track inches lost): 38"
Low Hip (around my hips/butt at the largest point): 44.5"0 -
5'8".
Before kids, I was 150 and size 8 pants. I've never really been less than that since I finished growing in 5th grade.
Between kids I got back down to 155 and was happy. I have to eat perfect to stay at 150.
After kid #2 I was at ~180. I lost 10 fairly fast, but kid #2 is 6 and I've stayed around 170 that whole time.
I want to get down to 160 and stay there. That is size 10 for me. I think I look good at that size. Once I get there, I'll think about 155. My hips are wider now post-kids, so I'd have to get way lower to hit 8 again, and it's not worth killing myself over it.0 -
I am 5'8" and currently weigh 164. My goal is to be under 140 which is where I used to be prior to gaining the weight. I went from 134 all the way up to 196.7 when I put the breaks on, and then spent a few years between 168-182. Last year I finally got serious and lost to where I am now. Every time I try to project at which date I will be a certain weight it seems to take me longer to get there, so now I'm just going pound by pound and happy to get each one off.0

This past spring I hit about 190. That weight made me truly feel fat at 5'8". Yuck.
I set my goal for about 140 which was my high school weight. I am now about 150 (usually between 149 and 151) and I feel good. I guess it is university weight - not bad for 20+ years ago. I am now a size 8 / medium and feel good in my skin. Nothing jiggles that shouldn't.
I would still like to get leaner but I am eating more and in no rush. The scale is not changing much but I seem to still be getting smaller.0 -
I started at 283, and set my goal to lose half my weight, so 141.5. Currently, I am at 233.6.
As I get closer to my goal weight, I will adjust it. I want to look healthy, so I may set it higher or lower, depending on how I carry it.0 -
