Mom probs

Well, I'm Emma! Momma of two, and recently just had my 2nd five months ago and I've stayed at 160 since. I can feel I'm dragging, tired, and not doing any activities with my children because of my poor food options and not being active enough! Well this is it, I'm done "relaxing" when my kids nap, and I'm done eating SWEETS as way to relieve myself. No more excuses! EI want to healthy mind, spirit, and body! Hope you join my journey with me, nothing motivates me more than support! Also any moms who have tips to weight loss and making sure my stretch belly can get more tightened through exercise, let me know! LETS DO THIS!

    I completely understand where you're coming from. My daughter was 2 when I finally decided I had enough of being overweight and feeling crappy all the time. She was my biggest motivation! I lost 35 pounds last year and no it wasn't easy but with the motivation to be healthy not only for myself but for my daughter too I knew I could do it. I'm a single mom and have my daughter all of the time so I never went to the gym but I would walk everyday after work and pull my daughter in her wagon. I would also jump on her trampoline with her and later after the went to bed. I can't neccisarily say I ate "healthy" but this app was a huge help. I started eating way less and cut out all the junk. Counting calories made a huge difference I never noticed how much I ate until I started doing that. Just don't give up!! I still have 10 more pounds to lose and really want to tone up. We can do this together!
