Pure Barre

I just joined a Fitness Center called Pure Barre, which is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs and burns fat and just finished my first class....and OMG! I felt the 55-minute workout Everywhere!! Has anyone else been to Pure Barre and what are your result stories?

    It's amazing. I started at 2 times a week because I was so sore at first. Then 3, then 4 a week. More if I can fit it in. I've never been in better shape, I think you can really start to tell at the 2 month mark. But even after 10 class I noticed a difference in my body and strength levels.
