I've got minced beef...What should I make?

Title says it all. I would normally have spag bol or tacos with beef mince. What else could I make??

    Cottage Pie made with with mixed veggies thrown into the mince, and a topping made with mashed sweet potato and a normal potato. Made this a few night ago, Around 400 calories per serve and VERY filling.

    i was actually given a recipe for beef soup using mince.
    havent tried it yet.
