Hi from Oregon

I've been using the tools on this sight for a bit over a month now, but mostly on my Android phone. I recently found the forums and thought it was cool so I thought I'd say Hi.

I'm determined to get into the best shape of my life and at 42 to be healthier and in better condition than I was at 22.

I am into triathlons, and anything active and outdoors..
