Start Stats:
Height: 5' 8"
Weight: 295lbs
Pant Size: 22/24
Shirt Size: 2xl
Frame- Large
Current Stats:
Height: 5' 8"
Weight: 261lbs

I've lost 34lbs, and really wanted to fit into a size 20 pants comfortably, but I'm not far off! However my goal is to be in a size 16 pant comfortably, so I have approximately 76lbs to go, but I will assess that as I go0 -
I'm not convinced on the finger/wrist test. My fingers overlap, but I'm 5'5 at 140 lbs and still wearing size 12 (American) pants. My workout buddy is the same height and weight and is fitting into size 5. The finger/wrist test would suggest a small frame....but that doesn't appear to be the case.0

Another way to do it is to get measuring tape (the flexible stuff) and wrap it around your wrist around the two protruding bones.
Go to this website to get what yours is: http://adam.about.net/encyclopedia/Calculating-body-frame-size.htm0 -
Ht: 5'9"
Wt: 190lb
Pants: 12/14
Shirt: L - XL (big chest, lol)
Frame: Medium - Large.
I have to agree that the wrist size will not work on everyone, especially if you store fat around there, or you have very long fingers! One that I found that seems to be acurate is the elbow ... http://www.1is2fat.com/body_frame.htm0 -

Height - 5'9"
Weight - 202.5
Pant Size - 16
Shirt Size - XL (I am boob-tastic)
Frame- Medium I think
My hips are very wide, the joke when I was skinny was that I had "hip bones of doom" because they used to stick out and hurt people if you sat on me. I was under 150 and still a 12, YAY hips (child-bearing as my grandmother says)0 -

Starting March 2011
Height: 5'10
Weight: 276 (I was at 272 when I started on this site)
Pant Size: 26
Shirt Size: XL, XXL, XXL, XXL (depending on the shirt)
Frame: Small according to that finger test. I don't think it's accurate. I have long fingers and that is probably why I can overlap my fingers around my wrist.
Current
Height: 5'10

I think we're in the same boat. Dainty wrists and fingers (5.5" circumference for the wrist, which is a small frame even if I were under 5'2" according to the site posted earlier). As I said, I'm 5'5", 140 lbs, size 12. I'm fitting into Jr. high pants again, so that's great....just frustrating when others of the same height and weight have far exceeded my goal of single-digit pant sizes because they actually have a small frame.0 -
height: 5'9"1/2
weight: 185
pant: 12
shirt: m/l
frame: medium
It seems like the more i lost weight the more my dress size stays the same. Ive been trying to lose the last pesky 20 pounds for about 2 year. Tired of the double digit clothes. I feel like Goliath sometimes!0 -

Hello beautiful tall ladies! I am visiting my boyfriend in Cali, so let's just say he is a man...no scale, no measuring tools! But before I left I was 207 and I am fairly big boned (my fingers just barely touch each other). I have no idea my measurements and am scared to find out (I have gained 60 pounds). I see such tremendous, amazing weight loss...great job!! Any suggestions for a fellow tall girl (who loves to eat!) Thanks ladies!0

Current:
Height: 5' 8.5 (believed I was 5' 10!)
Weight: 197 (started at 233)
Pant size: now 13/ 15 canadian (was 18- 20)
Shirt size: now regular xl (was 2x)
Frame: Large
I find it amazing how we can be similar in height and be so different in sizes. I am hoping to get down to 165, that would put me in the "Normal" range for BMI, but I will re-evaluate closer to goal. It is more about feeling good and how I look in clothes than a number on a scale at the end of the day!0 -
Height: 5'2 (guess am the shortest here)
Weight: 187 (started at 194)
Pant Size : US 18
Shirt Size: US 16-18
Frame: Medium as per the wrist thingy
Ok, I just figured the thread is only for tall people. Ignore my post0 -
Mine overlap JUST so according to this i have a small - med frame. Im also 5 ft 8 ( i think)0
-
Height: 5'2
Weight: 128
Pant Size: Either a 5 or a 7. Depends on the brand.
Shirt Size: M or S
Frame: Not sure. 0.00 -
Height: 5''10 (I'd always thought I was 5'11)
Weight: 219
Pant Size: 12 -14
Shirt Size: L-XL (Depending on the style, and most of my weight i carried around my shoulders, back and tummy)
Frame: Medium - Large (My fingers slightly overlap, but I have long fingers so I don't know how accurate that is)
I've only lost 10lbs in 6 months, so I'm hoping the next half of the year goes better for my sanity!0 -
According to the wrist, I'm small framed. There is NO way I am small framed. I have never been small even at my smallest when I was fit nor do I think I ever will be.
Height: 5'9
Weight: 224
Pant Size: 14-16
Shirt Size: L-XL0 -
The wrist test puts me as a small frame, my finger and thumb overlap massively, but there is no way I am small frame! I have really wide hips and broad shoulders, very muscular, just slim wrists and ankles. Or maybe long fingers. Who knows!
Height: 5'9
Weight: 174.25
Pant Size: Uk 16
Shirt Size: Uk 160 -
5'9.5"
171
medium frame (but i feel like a "large frame")
Pants; 12
shirts: large or xl0 -
My current stuff:
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 187
Pant Size: 14w
Shirt Size: L - XL
Frame: Small by your wrist measurement idea but that seems inaccurate to me .. I would say LARGE, my shoulders are HUGE
And I haven't lost but like 3 lb so far, not any changes in size and stuff.0
