i love gravy, parsley and cheese sauce on most of my dinners but want to give it up as that is one of my major downfalls. Just wandering what over sauces to be people use as im lookin for new ideas that are healthy and low in calories all ideas wld be greatly appreciated x thanx

    I use really nice balsamic vinegar. The older it is, the thicker - more syrupy it is. It is great on broccoli and salads, chicken, pork - pretty much anything.
    Well, maybe not waffles.

    My only suggestion is to not completely give up anything you love. Just cut back so you can stay under your calorie settings. Depriving yourself makes it too tough to stick to this.
