Gain!?

So I weighed myself on Sat and then again on Monday and the scale said I gained 3 lbs! I stayed under my calorie goal though. Ive been under my calorie goal all week on top of burning about 700-800 cal a day and the weight still has that 3 lbs attached. Has anyone ever had this issue?

It could be any number of things. You're talking about a 3 day period here, which isn't much time to determine much of anything. If you're new to exercise then your muscles could be retaining water for repair. If you had alot of sodium, you'll retain water. If you're ovulating or coming up on your period, you'll retain water.
Point being that weight fluctuates. Weight loss is never linear. It's more like a hilly road.
Give it more time.
On a side note, I'd question your calorie burns. What are you doing to get 7-800 calorie burns? That's either alot of working out or your estimates are over inflated0 -

I burn that many calories from working out at the gym before work about (200-300 cal) the rest is my 8 hour day working in a busy kitchen and walking home. My pedometer on my phone tells me the calories I burn from walking around and being on my feet all day.0 -
