I worked out pretty hard yesterday, i ate back around half the calories but today i'm absolutely ravernus!
I'm kinda of the opinion that i must need the food, but at the same time i don't want to sabotage myself, Any ideas how i can control it?
I'm going to the gym again this afternoon so i will earn cals back.

something high in protien with a little carbs will give your body to work on for a while & keep you feeling full. Maybe some poached egg, ham & slice of whole meal toast should come in under 300 cal0

I find that proteins fill me up well, so eggs, chicken, turkey, low fat cheese, low fat yoghurt, or vegie alternatives to meat (soy protein) would be good. Also soup is quite filling.
I also find that rice cakes are quite filling, and very low calorie )
At the moment my lunch usually consists of rice cakes, a little cheese, turkey or chicken slices, fruit, a cup soup, and a chocolate covered rice cake. Adds up to less than 300 calories )0 -
It's important to remember that thirst can often be mistaken for hunger.... Ensure that you are getting enough water too!0

Defo second the protein - eggs & wholemeal toast are great or even a bowl of soup. Also make sure you're drinking lots of water as you're body will need it with all the workouts0

I know this issue is very difficult to me. I tend to try to eat something small every few hours. I've broken down my daily food diary into six meals instead of the three for this reason. My body wants and craves food all the time so I give it something to calm it down, but I try to do so with healthy low cal snacks. And if that doesn't work, drink buckets of water.0
