Fitbit syncing issue

My fitbit is not being found on my phone app to sync. Any one have any ideas why? I have only had it for 2 days.

Is it an HR? There are synching issues. https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/What-s-wrong-with-my-Charge-HR0

What often works for me when I get the "tracker not found" message (if there isn't a problem with the site) is to power down my phone or tablet and then power it back up. Otherwise, you can try doing a reset (the paper clip in the charging hole).0

That recently happened to me, and I lost the little dougle to sync it with. But glad to hear you're up and running.0
