Hi, I feel like I've been on and off diets all my life, I've tried so many different ones I've lost count. I don't have loads to lose but I am very unhappy with my current weight. My biggest motivation though is to be healthy I struggle because I used to be able to eat anything but I now have digestive problems with a lot of food, it started with lactose intolerance then gluten, mushrooms, yeast (most alcohol is now a big no), mushrooms, vinegar and most recently most fruit (I used to eat a lot of fruit). So far I love this app, it seems to be so easy to use.

    Hi I'm here to shift ghastly post baby pounds and then extra pounds from feeling low about extra baby pounds lol!! It's always a vicious circle but I'm starting slowly trying to cut my snacks out
