Have you got an iphone? if so download ifitness. its a great app and gives fantastic exercises and videos etc. The tummy exercises are fantastic! Set yourself a workout plan 4 times per week, within 6 weeks you will have a new bod!0 -
I lost 2 inches on my waist last month & 4.5 pounds in weight.
I didn't actually measure my pooch, but it is a lot smaller as well.
I believe this was mainly from my 1st 4 weeks of doing ChaLean Extreme (lifting heavy weights).0
