    Me too! My children got married 2 years apart. I was so motivated the pounds just melted. Now I'm stuck. Nothing seems to motivate me enough to stay on plan over a day or 2.

    I lost my motivation when i got an injury at work and unable to do anything been off work because of it for 6 mths
