    Yes borderline. It is the stage when lifestyle and diet changes can hopefully prevent diabeties. I have always well mostly been on a low fat diet for years but the problem it seems is sugar or carbs. I dont take sugar in coffee and dont have cakes etc but yogurts and milk do have plenty.
