Belly Fat

I like my body (for the most part) but I have a small amount of fat on my belly and it looks like a circle sticking out of my stomach.... I eat 1200-1450 cals a day and i do alot of sports... Is there any way i can get rid of it?

You cannot spot reduce- the only way to get rid of belly fat is to lose weight. If you're happy with your current weight, maybe look into body recomposition? There are loads of posts on these forums that a quick search will turn up0

For me, the last place that weight comes off is on either side of my belly button, and it's the first to come on should I gain. It's all genetics. The weight comes off where it's programmed to. You may have to get down to a very low body fat percentage to see it go. I'm not able to do that too well, so I have to deal with my belly. It's also how I'm built -- very short torso.0
