Healthier sodas

I was wondering what some of the healthier soda and carbonated water drinks were.
I do all of my shopping at Walmart and Aldi's (mainly Walmart), so anything I try will have to be available there.
I have tried La Croix and I hated it.
I will probably only drink a 12 oz can/glass a day

Oh. I was going to suggest the coconut La Croix. I think it's amazing.
Are you looking to reduce calories? Diet Dr. Pepper and Diet A&W Root Beer are awesome.0 -
I like Coke Zero and Diet Barq's Root Beer0

If you're only drinking one 12-oz. can a day, choose whatever diet soda you like best and enjoy it. Diet soda in moderation is not unhealthy for you.0

I love a lot of sparkling waters (I was a complete soda addict before I found them - besides plain water they almost all that I drink now), but I detest every single one of La Croix's flavors. I love Aldi's sparkling water in Lime, Grapefruit or Plain. I think Wal-mart might also have Ozarka's sparkling waters - they're pretty good.0

Watch out for the hidden SODIUM %. Although some of those sodas might not contain many calories, MANY of them make up for it with VERY HIGH levels of sodium. Which can cause you to retain water, which then in turn might cause you to "APPEAR" to gain weight.0

What? Sodium does not equal calories therefore it doesn't MAKE UP for the lack of calories.0 -

We use flavored seltzer here. I like it in the Summer...haven't found a brand I haven't liked yet.0

I made the switch to club soda when I go out awhile ago. I like the carbonation but don't necessarily need the sugar. And I can drink as much of it as I want as it is only water!
Otherwise, if I am really craving a soda, it will be Diet Coke as it is 0 calories - maybe Diet 7-up.
If I'm really lucky the restaurant where I am eating has one of those "magical soda machines" where you can choose all the different sodas and add in flavorings, etc. and there will be a Mello Yello Zero. Not healthy, but a nice rare treat!0
