Low calorie foods to keep me busy

What are some foods that you guys eat to curb your stomache when you want tot eat. Do you chew gum? Eat lettuce? Whats your guys advice?

    A piece of fruit, apple, pear. 125 grams of yogurt. Go for a walk. Drink water.

    cucumber, green pepper, raw broccoli, raw cauliflower... low calorie, delicious and the fibre will fill you up.

    A hand full of almonds is a great healthy snack that will make you feel full

    Carrot, omega 3 tab, vit c chew and a cup of tea.

    Sad but it keeps the wolf from the door until my delish dinner.
