Married in June and have gained 25 pounds!! It's all his fault!! JK he doesn't care but I am not fitting into my clothes and I'm not happy. I have been trying low carbs smaller portions not eating past six......it is working but really slowly. I want to see results and I HATE working out......

    I am just a big eater I can go hours without food and then overeat......bad habits die hard

    Hi trish have you talked to a trainer for the free session (if available at your club). They did a 12 point pinch test and tell you why each area of the body holds onto weight. He gave me a general diet idea and a general workout idea. They will push to get you into personal training but i held off as its expensive, but it has worked out for me week 1 down and 5 pounds lost.
