Do you have medical issues with regards to carbs? If not, then there is not reason to cut them out.
However meeting protein and fat goals are important. So, I try to meet those macros and carbs are what's left over.0 -

Ohh thank you. It was my workouts that was the problem.HIIT is the ideal workout because you lose belly fat faster than cardio!!!!
HIIT is a protocol. What exercise are you doing?0 -
Carbs are only a hindrance to weight loss if you are insulin resistant, and it is not often a large hindrance. I found weight loss much easier on a low carb high fat diet. I experienced a reduced appetite, low carb cravings, and lost weight at a faster rate than expected. I have insulin resistance though so I benefited from going low carb.
High levels of carbs, mainly sugars and starchy carbs, are not that healthy in the long term, IMO. Some insulin sensitive people can handle it but if you are overweight, chances are that you are not one of those people. I have found that lowering carbs is often the healthier choice: low carb or moderate carb depending on your circumstances.
It really depends in the individual. For me, more than a few carbs are bad for my health. For you? I don't know. If you want to err on the side of caution, then low carb is a safer bet for good health in the long term. As a quick fix, low carb will be potentially helpful only as long as you eat that way; there are no long lasting benefits if you stop.

Fruits and vegetables are carbs. I recommend eating them. I've found it best to be mindful of my sugar and salt intake and trying to eat less packaged foods and more home cooked meals. I consume a lot of carbs in the form of fruits, vegetables and legumes but have trouble staying on track when I consume sweets.0

HIIT I find it more intense than cardio,I feel more benefits with High Intensity Interval Training than Cardio!
HIIT is a form of cardio. That statement doesn't make sense.0 -

HIIT is cardio. A cardio protocol. Again, that statement doesn't make sense.0

Once again, HIIT is a protocol, not an exercise. You conveniently forget to mention what exercises you're doing ... the detail that determines if you're doing cardio or not.
No protocol or exercise can spot reduce.

Not all carbs are the same. How many you need depends on your lifestyle and health.
I find a high fiber diet helps me feel full sooner and longer so I eat a fair amount of carbs.0 -
Absolutely nothing wrong with carbs, they are the bodies primary fuel source. You just have to balance your diet and measure your food. There is honestly no science behind the insulin cut your carbs out nonsense. Unless you are diabetic.0

You can't target belly fat.. how fast and where it comes from first varies from person to person, but if you keep dropping pounds your belly will get smaller too.0
