No sorry. I got to that point as well. My face/cheeks only got fuller when I decided to gain some weight back.

5'4" 109 lbs is thin enough that thin cheeks should be expected.

Makeup can do wonders. Contouring can either make your face look thinner or more full the way the contour is done. Try looking for some videos on YouTube. It might help!

Look up Facercise by Carole Maggio, it helps and I've been doing the exercises on and off for 6 years. There are various cheek exercises suggested, I've tried them and have definitely seen an improvement. although the results are subtle. Makeup and highlighting can also help give the illusion of fuller cheeks

    Just like you can't spot-reduce, you can't spot-gain, either.

Makeup can create the illusion of fuller or cheeks, although most of the tutorials you will find will be geared towards creating the illusion of the hollowness you already have.

Gaining back some weight and maintaining at a higher body fat percentage is the only way to get a specific fuller-faced look without surgery, though.

Face exercises help? Help what??? In what way? To make fuller cheeks??

That doesn't make any sense at all.

It may not make sense to you although I gave a brief outline in my above post, but the Facersize regime helps build the facial muscles slightly so the muscles over the cheekbones sit higher and a little fuller, which gives the appearance of plumper cheeks above the cheekbone area. I have been doing facial exercises on and off for years and they do help to sculpt the facial muscles and give the facial structure a little more definition.

Facial exercises have been around for years, it's really nothing new and some women like myself have found it a very good way to help preserve their appearance.

I'm not affiliated with Carole Maggio or her regime in any way, just a satisfied user of her method.

It must work. I read people in chit-chat offering to help people with jaw exercises every day.

I have an abcessed gum. It filled out the bags under my eye, my saggy jowl, and my marionette lines. On one side only. I thought I would be better looking when my age signs went away! Also, it hurts to smile. Wanna trade?

May I ask why? Once again, in case that's what anyone is thinking, I am not affiliated with that method, I am just a regular user of this site the same as everyone else.

The Op asked if there were exercises that might help improve her cheek area and as there actually are facial exercises out there such as Maggio, Eva Fraser etc, I made the suggestion purely in the spirit of trying to help.

Some of you above sneering at another poster's suggestions is not a good way of encouraging newer posters to participate further and help others. It's rude and uncalled for.

There are muscles in your face, no?

I remember hearing about facial yoga a few years ago. I gather it could work the same as any exercise given enough time and effort

    That's fair.

Now given the volume of the facial muscles, how much increase in muscle size do you believe is actually possible from a hypertrophy-based program? Is it enough to make a lean person's face look chubbier in any way at all?

There are injectable dermal fillers that you could look into. You could also see about fat injections (they take it from another area of your body). You can read about them here: https://www.realself.com/Injectable-fillers/info . Make sure you see a board certified plastic surgeon if you decide to pursue that route.

    I'm sure there's a cheek-to-cheek joke in there somewhere.
