Fitbit and MFP

I've been entering my food intake into MFP and wearing my Fitbit all day. When I workout should I still enter it into MFP? I don't want it to be taken off in calories burned on Fitbit and then taken off a second time because it syncs with MFP. I'm sure this has been asked before but I wanted clarification. I've noticed that it does double it in the "Active Minutes" section.

Up to you. I only log things like swimming and even that I log in Fitbit not on MFP.
When logging on MFP you have to make sure you enter the correct start and stop time. Even then it will sometimes glitch and send the exercise log to Fitbit with the wrong time.0 -
Just got a FITBIT and I notice the same thing..... Still leaning how to use it!0

I've had my Fitbit now for just under a month and I notice that I do not have to manually log anything into the Fitbit app unless I removed the tracker itself. Everything that you're doing throughought the day is being logged onto your Fitbit tracker based on your heart rate. All of the food that I consume I input it in through my Fitness Pal and it converts over to the Fitbit app. It will tell me whether or not I am under budget or over budget as far as calories in versus calories out. Hope this helps and good luck.0
