i'm not sure why people want to be unhelpful on posts where people are clearly looking for help. guys on this forum are about as bad as the meatheads at bodybuilding.com.
to answer your question, i have tried carb cycling, and i personally do not like it. on days i know i'm am carbing low i want to eat EVERYTHING. its all a mind thing, though. right now i keep my carbs about the same every day, because ive found my energy exhausted each day is about the same. however, i do eat less carbs on rest days, since i'm not using as much energy or burning as many calories. but still enough carbs that i'm not starving or want to eat my house down.

Sorta. Right now I am eating about 5-10% carbs 1 day and about 10-15% the next day. Keeping it about 50% brotein intake.0 -
I carb cycle if I'm cutting down and training that day. Rest days have no carbs. This suck for me but it's just a tool I use sometimes.0

Just started carb cycling to try and breakthrough a plateau. I am doing two days low carb, one day high carb, repeat. On low carb days, I am doing 20% carbs, 40% protein, 40% fat. High carb days doing 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat.0

I cycle through diets LOL
Carb Cycling is my fav though. Like donalyn, I do two low and one day "high", but the high isn't some pasta-bread filled food orgy day... It's moderate healthy choices like brown rice, fruit, starchy veggies...
When I'm bored with Carb cycling, I rock Weight Watchers for awhile then get my Paleo on for a couple months...0
