Hi I've joined this app today and have a quick question?
To lose a 1lb a week with 3 exercise sessions I need to eat 1340 calories a day.
I logged a walk that a did today and it has added 210 extra calories to my total. This is extra exercise than planned. But I do tend to go on a lot of walks.
Can I basically increase my consumption of calories on a daily basis the more additional exercise I do??

Yes the more calories you burn exercising the more calories you can eat. But you want to stay at or under the 1340. If you look at the calorie tracker it will deduct how many calories you burned from exercise.0

Thanks for that. I have set my exercise as light activity exercising 3 times a week for 60 mins. Is that how it calculates the 1340 calories to lose 1 lb a week? Do I only need to update with exercise over and above that ? I did a walk today and added that and it put my calories up to 1640. Many thanks in advance0
