Hi my name is Amanda, I'm looking for some fitness friends! Please add me.
I'm 24 and looking to get back to my goal weight. I have 15-20 pounds to lose.
I have been focusing on weight training the last month and a half. I have noticed a huge difference in tone and how much I can lift. This month my focus is to do more cardio on top of weight training. To start slimming down.
My start weight was: 180 pounds
My current weight is: 168
My goal weight: 155
