So I am coming back after a 2 year hiatus.
A lil bit about me: Almost 4 years ago I weighed in at almost 265 lbs, and after joining the Biggest Loser online, along with getting a personal trainer I was able to get down to 205. Then I had some personal issues and fell back into my old routines of going out to eat at almost every meal (ton's of fast food) and drinking heavily. I also stopped working out completely. I gained all of the weight I lost and added about 10 lbs. I tried getting back on track several times, but my mind wasn't in it.

Fast forward to May 2015 - I went into the doctor who wanted to prescribe blood pressure medicine, and was having lower back issues. I new both were caused by my being over weight (272 Lbs). It still took almost another month for me to make a decision to get this weight problem under control. I decided it was time to get back in the gym, and I ordered Nutrisystem to kick start my food program, I work 2 jobs 6 days a weeks (2 days are back to back 20 hour work days), so cooking can be a challenge.

As of today I weigh 195 Lbs. and am on my last week of PT with my trainer, I have been doing 3x a week, but the price is too high to continue. I am also discontinuing my Nutrisystem plan as I feel it is time to begin "my diet-free lifestyle". I have come back to MFP as I know I need to track my calories and food to maintain accountability.

I am just coming back after two years. The last couple of months have been too much eating, not enough exercise... Although even before the last couple of months, I hadn't been very good. But it's a new day. Just reactivated my account. Now to get down to business. I have no excuses.

Coming back to FP again after a year. No excuses here either. Pizza + burgers + fries + beer - exercise = Fat.
