Hiya

I'm starting the BBL beachbody program tomorrow and I was looking to see if anyone was looking start it too? I was hoping by posting everyday how it went, and doing along with others, it would help complete the course and get the results that we want :smiley:

Anyone interested let me know, I would love to hear from anyone who is doing it or thinking of doing it!

    Haha!! I own it, and have tried it...but you couldn't PAY me to have him torture me like that again!! I couldn't SIT to pee for FOUR days!! I'm not even exaggerating..lol! Great workout, I'm sure, if you don't tend to suffer from the DOMS. :D

    My neighbor did this DVD about 2 yrs ago and lost 25 lbs in just 3 months! Good Luck!

    Search web-there are several BBL type programs free. Might have to repeat sme moves to get time in and add music-FREE.
