Not unless you're allergic to them or have a food sensitivity.

Just don't make them with a half a stick of butter and 1/2 a bag of cheese.

Love eggs (I eat scrambled egg whites just because I am trying to keep my calories to 1500 for the day) but on weekends I tend to eat whole eggs. My favorite: I scramble them with steamed spinach and tear a couple of bacon slices in for flavor. So lovely and keeps me full until lunch. Also like to scramble with broccoli and bacon.

I love hard boiled eggs to keep me full for ages. Don't know why but hard boiled seems to keep me full longer than cooking them any other way.

Not "bad" just not as good as raw or barely cooked. Scrambled eggs are basically overcooked and you do in fact reduce their nutritional value. If you can stand over easy or basted eggs those are likely better for you. I either do basted or raw, personally--I like to blend raw eggs into post workout shakes/drinks.
