Loose skin

Hi guys! I have lost over 100 pounds since my heaviest weight .... I gained some back and then lost it again recently. I've been working on toning and have a huge problem with my belly area! I have saggy skin from losing and gaining and losing weight . I know exercise is the best way to help that area but I was wondering if anyone had any tips or suggestions that have helped them!!!! I'm 24 so I'm relatively young and hope that the skin will bounce back some

P.s. A tummy tuck is not an option for me! Although it would be the ideal solution. Thanks guys!

As far I'm aware there isn't anything you can do for loose skin other than hoping it adjusts back to normal (can take 2 years into maintaining) or surgery.
I have some as well on my lower abdomen. I'm hoping it will adjust back.

If there's anything besides surgery that works I'd love to know too! Though through all of my researching on it, I'm yet to come up with anything. I had my daughter when I was 20, and everyone said "oh you're young, you'll bounce right back!" NOPE. 11 years later, the loose skin remains. I've also lost weight, gained, lost, and gained again. Being at a lower weight makes it more tolerable and less noticeable. Working on getting back there!

in the same boat here! Tummy tuck is not an option for me either. I'm still trying to lose weight, but excess skin is very hard to deal with. I'm told being young helps but also toning, and muscle building hell's with saggy skin. I'm saving this thread though and love to know of any other ideas! :-)

For me, exfoliating and moisturizing really helped. Getting blood flow to the skin helps a lot.

does lotion really work? I did a tummy wrap(was so skeptical trust me!) but it actually worked! the ingredients really helped my skin, and created a more smooth, tighter feel and look. I'm not saying spend all kinds of money on this, it gets expensive and I've only done it once, but I was so happy to see some results.

I also use just body lotion all the time and it has helped some. but nothing has ever instantly tightened skin. I've learned to accept it(belly flap also due to three csections back to back) good luck everyone! send me a friend request if you wanna help support each other!
