Time seems to slow down when you're trying hard to eat better

Pay no mind to what your eating and the years fly by. You see a facebook memory of a video you posted in 2011 and think "holy crap, how was that 5 years ago already. If i started eating better then, I'd be in great shape!"

Try your hardest to eat right...ugh, only 2 weeks in so far?!?

It does seem like that... But it helps if you eat several times a day- supposed to be small meals. Although it feels like all I'm doing is eating which is no fun XD "ugh it's lunch time already?! "

I don't know. I look back on the weight I've lost and think wow...I was literally very fat a year or so ago.Seems like it went by so fast to me.

I don't think that at all. I'm eating much better and more enjoyable food than I was when I ate badly. Today I've had an apple baked with cinnamon and nutmeg, a banana, steamed broccoli and carrot, homemade coconut curry chicken, sliced strawberries, a lovely salad, a few ounces of juicy chuck roast. I still have calories for a Skinny Cow fudge bar. I've never enjoyed my food so much.
  • Oh, without a doubt at first I felt this way, but now I pay no attention.
    It's pretty awesome.
