Update: 2 weeks in to personal training

Well I weighed in today for the first time in 2 weeks. I am sad to say that I was up by 5 lbs. down 3% in body fat so that's good but the 5 lbs is really getting to me! I've had a personal trainer for 2 weeks now and to be quite honest I let my gym time slack. As for eating my calories have been a little out of control too so the 5 lbs were definitely warranted! I'm supposed to work on smaller timelines for calorie goals now so I think that will help! Also I'll finally continue with my normal workout routine so yay! I was set for about 1200 calories a day and now I have it set for 1550 so that helps with actually meeting the goal instead of going WAY over! I am overall optimistic today and can't wait to have progress! Only 4 months until my cruise so I have some work to do!
