Thanks sweets! I'm down 125 pounds so far! Lift, lift, LIFT. I lift heavy 6 days a week with a focus on booty and abs. I live for planks and squats, lunges, and thrusts. I use and love training plans by Lauren Gilespi and Ashy Bines. :-)0 -

Wow 6 days a week!! I'm down 20 pounds, about. But mostly on cardio and eating healthy. Trying to get into more strength training but can only make it to the gym 2-3 days a week. I will look into the training plans. Thank you and yeah you're an inspiration for sure!!
