hi all,
New to the app.
My calorie target is very low so I'm looking for food/meal ideas that will fill me up and not end up starving in a few hours

If I remember correctly the best to feel full is high fiber with whole grains. I eat triscuits for high fiber. Kashi autumn wheat is also great idea for breakfast.0

Balance protein, fat and carbohydrates at each meal and add volume with high fiber lower calorie vegetables like celery, lettuce and cabbage. This is what works for me. A broiled chicken breast with a huge salad (assorted vegetables) with an olive oil vinaigrette.0

And don't forget to drink lots of water. It really does help.0
