Thai salad recipes

Hi guys, I am Thai and just want to share ALL salad recipes, low calories.

Basically all you need is
Lime juice
Fish Sauce
Shallot chopped
Coriander
Mint leaves
Tomato
Red onion
Fresh chill
Sugar- OPTIONAL

And that's all!
Then you can add any meat you like, chicken, beef, tuna (in spring water) you can always add vermicelli noodle- more filling!

If you have everything chopped ready in container it will be QUICK AND EASY! Especially tuna salad you don't even have to cook meat. Everything fresh!

    This sounds tasty! I'm a huge fan of Thai food and make a glass noodle and tofu dish with a lot of these same ingredients. I already have everything except the mint.

    I have a salad topper mix that I use a lot in the summer; I suppose it comes out like a Greek salad?
    Kalmata olives, chopped
    olive oil
    feta cheese, crumbled
    halved cherry or grape tomatoes
    diced cucumber
    diced red peppers
    finely minced red onion
    oregano, parsley and thyme (fresh or dry)

    Zira It's all depends on how much meat you put in, you can put veggies in as much as you like but fish sauce and lime juice we be roughly the same proportions :) start from 1tbsp each and see how you like it. If you make it often you will start to know how much you like for each ingredient. Hope this help.
