2 days ago i was at a weight of 181.2. The next day i was up to 183 and today i was at 184. I'm weighing at the same time. Eating under my calorie goal and exercising everyday. Can anyone explain these gains? Anyone else deal with this? Is it normal? Thanks!

Fluctuations. You may have eaten a bit more sodium or increased your exercise, which will cause your body to hold more water. Totally normal.0

Thank you for that information. I was confused as to what was going on. ☺0

I had the same question today! It's really annoying. But I do assume bloat and muscles holding onto water. Hopefully in a few days it'll be back on track.0

extra sodium in the diet can do that. I have eaten under my calorie goal by a little for over a week straight and lost some weight. I ate Chinese food Sunday night and gained a couple pounds on the scale by Monday morning, with under my cal goal still. It will come off as the sodium leaves your water level normal in a couple days.0

My struggle. Effects last for days. Therefore I track it on my diary right after
fiber.
