Advice and help needed PLEASE

I'm in need of advice and help. What am I doing wrong ???? I can't shift this weight and my body Shape not changing at all

    I'm confused. If you're the lady in the profile pic, which I assume you are, then you've already lost considerable weight and changed shape?

    Are you saying you've reached a bit of a plateau?

    You can't spot reduce and some people are just naturally heavier on the bottom (pears like me) or on top (apples). I would suggest if you want to help define your body that you try lifting 2-3 times per week if you haven't already started that.

    You are trying to shift your weight to change your body shape? Honey this is not possible.

    If you want to build some muscle underneath, you need to lift some weights and do a strong lifting program and follow it diligently and consistently. Perhaps you lost a good bit muscle along with your weight loss. It takes quite a while to build back muscle lost with weight loss so don't think this is a couple of month type of thing.

    Weight lifting for women can do a lot to transform its shape. I am into my second year of this..

    Yeah collifit I think it's safe to say I've hit a plateau . I have lost quit a or so far over the years but m back up to 11st 5lb and had got down to 1st which I was comfortable alt.

    Great advice on adding in weight lifting I altm definitely going to start, I do a lot of body weight exercises bit not weights.

    I was thinking am I maybe not eating enough or of the right foods for the exercise I do anyone any advice on this ??? my diary is open.
