I finally hit a major milestone this morning. When I got on the scale the number started with a 2....not a 5 or a 4 or a 3....but a 2!!! I almost couldn't believe my eyes. Fourteen months ago I would have never dreamed it. So far I've lost 225 pounds and 10 pants sizes. I'll be happy with 100 more pounds and then maintain. I look forward to each new day and the discovery of new things that are now possible!
