I'm working towards a new journey of losing around 50 pounds and I know I can do it just need to keep my mind on my goals. I'm planning on working out on a daily basis whether it's Swimming or working out in the gym and taking classes when I get to that point and I know I can do it. Please feel free to add me as a friend and I dont plan on joining any weight loss group Im doing this on my own.

This app is awesome have lost 18 kgs so far and tracked all the calories with the app ... Still a long way to go have to loose another 10 kgs . I am using this for more than a year but first time came into the community coloum to help and get help . You can add me0
